You won't find a bigger Cubs fan than myself. Aside from my love of fantasy sports, which includes MLB, NFL and NBA, I own my own animal care business. I graduated from Columbia College in Chicago and currently reside in Chicago, IL. My love of fantasy sports started for me in the early 2000's and I have steadily been active with the same group of friends year in and year out for every league in baseball, basketball and football. Chicago White Sox relief pitcher Danny Farquhar (brain) has been transferred to the 60-day disabled list. Farquhar suffered a brain hemorrhage during Friday’s game and was rushed to the hospital. He is currently listed in critical but stable condition. Our thoughts go out to Farquhar and his family during this tough situation.

Chicago White Sox starting pitcher Miguel Gonzalez (shoulder) has been placed on the 10-day disabled list with right rotator cuff inflammation. Gonzalez has a 12.71 ERA this year and should remain on the waiver wire even when he is activated. Pitcher Chris Beck will replace Gonzalez on the roster for now and can be avoided.
