San Francisco Giants starting pitcher Johnny Cueto (elbow) threw four scoreless innings on Friday for Triple-A Sacramento. Cueto allowed four hits, one walk and struck out six batters on 69 pitches. Cueto continues to perform well wherever he has thrown this year and he is expected back as early as the beginning of July.
