Over six innings, Quintana allowed no runs, three hits, two walks and struck out three. Quintana has been a rollercoaster ride throughout the season and with Tuesday’s strong performance, Quintana lowered his ERA to 3.96.

San Francisco Giants third baseman Pablo Sandoval hit an RBI single to beat the Cubs in extra innings on Monday. Sandoval finished the game 2-for-5 and is now hitting .260 with eight home runs and 34 RBI. Sandoval is putting together a strong season and is worth a look in all formats.
