Chicago White Sox shortstop Tim Anderson (wrist) has been scratched from Sunday’s lineup versus the Twins. Anderson originally was slated to be bat seventh, but will miss his second consecutive game with a wrist injury. Jose Rondon will replace Anderson and bat seventh versus Jake Odorizzi. Rondon can be avoided in all formats Sunday.

Chicago Cubs catcher Willson Contreras will get a routine day off on Friday versus the Cincinnati Reds. Replacing Contreras will be Victor Caratini. Caratini will bat sixth and is 2-for-9 since returning from a hand injury that sidelined him. Caratini will face off against Anthony DeSclafani and is a decent cheap option in DFS.
