Week 18 is here, and while many fantasy football leagues have concluded with their championship matchups in Week 17, there are still plenty that have one game left to play. And with this week being the game that many NFL teams look at resting their starters if they've clinched playoff berths, this presents challenges for fantasy managers.
The Houston Texans have clinched their division. They are two games behind the Baltimore Ravens, who are one spot above them in seeding, and with Houston being the division champion with the worst record, this game doesn't matter at all for it in the playoff picture.
Let's break down the fantasy football outlooks for some of its key starters and whether they should be started in fantasy.

C.J. Stroud, Joe Mixon, Nico Collins Fantasy Football Outlook
It looks like they'll all get significant rest this game. The Texans will face the Tennessee Titans this weekend, not that it matters much. While we haven't gotten word from any credible sources that the team will rest its starters, it's hard to imagine it won't take advantage of at least a mini-bye week.
DeMeco Ryans on managing reps for starters vs the Titans mentions “everybody has to be ready to go” & “we’ll see how the game goes”
Seems like most starters will get some reps to get a bad taste out of their mouths after BAL loss. What do you think we should do? pic.twitter.com/0Yd8GOCZr9

Texans head coach DeMeco Ryans mentioned that the team will see how it goes. This seems to mean in all likelihood that most of the players will see at least a little bit of action. Among key starters are quarterback C.J. Stroud, running back Joe Mixon, and wide receiver Nico Collins.
We'll probably see them play a drive or two, then rest after that while the backups get experience.
Should I Start C.J. Stroud, Joe Mixon, Nico Collins in Week 18?
We wouldn't recommend that you start any of them. While Mixon and Collins have been key components of many fantasy teams' trips to the playoffs and Stroud has at least been worth starting in very deep or 2QB leagues, one to two drives isn't enough playing time to warrant any trust in them.

You should look elsewhere for production at these positions in most leagues.
