Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback Baker Mayfield (neck), Indianapolis Colts wide receiver Josh Downs (shoulder), and Green Bay Packers wide receiver Romeo Doubs (concussion) are all currently on their teams' injury reports after their Week 12 contests. Fantasy managers who have any of these players on their rosters should keep a close eye on their situations.
Each of them has contributed to fantasy teams at some point this season, and their statuses could affect more than just their own production.
So which of these players are hurt, and how will it affect their chances of playing?

Is Baker Mayfield Hurt?
Mayfield suffered a neck stinger in his team's Week 12 win over the New York Giants. He does have a bad habit of going head-first into some of his blocks, so an ailment like this isn't a huge surprise. Fortunately, it's a relatively minor issue that results in pain more than anything else.

His head/neck gets forced into extension. This can temporarily “pinch” if you will on the nerves as it creates a “closing” mechanism of the joints the nerve roots exit the spinal cord from pic.twitter.com/NKhuvT9waE

Bucs head coach Todd Bowles indicated that it wasn't a big deal. Mayfield is expected to play in Week 13. There isn't any structural damage to his neck. Perhaps he'll be a little more cautious next time, but there's nothing to worry about right now. This isn't an injury that runs a high risk of re-aggravation.
He was able to finish the game without issue.
Is Josh Downs Hurt?
Yes. Downs suffered a shoulder injury in the team's loss to the Detroit Lions in Week 12. Unlike Mayfield, Downs wasn't able to return to the game. The second-year pro is now week-to-week and is reported to be a "long shot" to play in next week's contest against the New England Patriots.

His injury isn't feared to be a long-term issue, though. He may only miss one week of action. His fantasy managers should have a backup plan available for Week 13, though. He's a key part of this offense, and his absence will hurt them. They'll likely give rookie WR Adonai Mitchell a lot more snaps in Downs' absence.
Is Romeo Doubs Hurt?
Doubs was the latest player to suffer from a concussion, and he's now in the league's concussion protocol. He turned toward a pass that was coming for him and tried to catch it but was unable to. Then he fell backward with a defender contacting him and slammed the back of his helmet into the turf.
Matt LaFleur calls it “unfortunate” that Romeo Doubs had to leave the game with a concussion because he thought Doubs was having a really great night. There’s a possibility he won’t be out there Thursday against the Dolphins. “If we don’t have him, that’s a big loss,” he says.

It's not a surprise this blow concussed him. It was pretty gnarly. He had to be helped off the field. He'll now have to clear all the steps of the protocol (which doesn't even take a week for some players). However, players typically miss at least one game due to concussions.
His availability for Week 13 is thus up in the air. We won't have more information until later in the week. Until then, fantasy managers will just have to wait. If he can't play next week, expect WRs Christian Watson and Dontayvion Wicks to get more snaps. It will likely be Watson on the field in 2 WR sets, and Wicks will get a lot more playing time.
Wicks will benefit the most snap-share-wise, and Watson could see a small uptick in snaps, though he played 65% of them in his last contest. He was held without a catch, though. Green Bay still spreads the ball around too much to trust in any of their wideouts for fantasy on a weekly basis.
Doubs' absence wouldn't change that much, though it would give Jayden Reed, Watson, and Wicks a small boost.
