BALLER MOVE: Sit
POSITIONAL VALUE: QB2
ANALYSIS: Indianapolis Colts quarterback Anthony Richardson won his starting job back, but other than in Week 1, his performances haven't inspired enough confidence to be a good start. He hasn't managed more than 13 fantasy points in a game since then, completing just 44.4% of his passes and turning the ball over nearly twice as much as he scores.
Anthony Richardson is going to take years off of Colts fans lives.
Watch these 2 plays. How in the heck, do these 2 plays occur just seconds apart. HOW!? I’d be furious as a fan. pic.twitter.com/M6zMg2I3co

He's alternated between ridiculous superhero plays with absolutely awful turnovers, and he'll need to clean that up in a big way to have consistent fantasy relevance. He has all the talent in the world and is already one of the best rushing quarterbacks in the league, but losing a ton of points by giving the ball away and killing drives never helps.
He has a good offensive coordinator/head coach in Shane Steichen, a great offensive line, an excellent running back to lean on in Jonathan Taylor, and a solid corps of receivers. So he has a shot. But he should be stashed on benches for now outside of deeper leagues.

The wide receiver position has an advantage over the running back position in PPR scoring formats, typically.
