Quarterback Andrew Luck is expected to make his return to the football field in Week 6 when the Indianapolis Colts host the New England Patriots, but the team will not guarantee his status for the game. Colts coach Chuck Pagano will only go as far to say that Luck is headed in the "right direction."
"He’s a great communicator. We have great docs, great trainers. He’s headed in the (right) direction," Pagano said, according to ESPN.
I would be surprised if Luck doesn't get the green light to play on Sunday night. However, I do not recommend starting him in any fantasy football leagues in Week 6. The New England Patriots defense will be out for blood and that doesn't bode well for Luck, who has been a turnover machine. If you need a Week 6 replacement week, I like Marcus Mariota vs. Dolphins and I like Matthew Stafford to have a bounce back week vs. Bears.
