With running back LeSean McCoy, the Buffalo Bills are the DirectTV of the AFC East. Without - they’re cable.
Oh, who are we kidding? The Bills aren’t even good enough to be considered cable – they’re an ill functioning Etch-A-Sketch, only 86 percent less entertaining. And that’s WITH McCoy in top shape. The only entertaining claim to fame the Bills possess is that they have probably the loudest coach in existence. Seriously, Rex Ryan will make your ears bleed and make you wish for the sweet release of death even when he’s whispering.
Ryan announced last week that McCoy injured his left hamstring during a joint practice on Aug. 18 with the Cleveland Browns (that’s a tall glass of suck on one field right there), however, the injury doesn’t appear too dire and Ryan is convinced that McCoy will start Week 1 when the Bills face the Indianapolis Colts
And low and behold, LeSean attended practice today! It was reported that McCoy was working with a trainer during Tuesday’s practice and appeared to be returning to his former self.
It’s almost kismet that McCoy avoided a much more serious injury since Buffalo seems to be lacking in the running back department lately. They’re all either injured or suffering from weird crotch things no one wants to tell us about.
