Another wide receiver, another round of swirling trade rumors. Seems like it happens to all of them. Every year, plenty of wideouts on losing teams become the subject of trade talks (in the media), and often, nothing comes of it. Cleveland Browns WR Amari Cooper is no different.
He's on a struggling team but has shown that he's still a solid pass-catcher. The problem has always been QB Deshaun Watson, who has been playing terribly. Cooper still has juice and could boost any team that traded for him.
So, will Cooper be traded this season?

Will Amari Cooper Be Traded This Season?
As with many other WRs seen as potential targets, he has not reportedly been the subject of any serious trade talks between teams that could materialize into an actual transaction. There are teams that would benefit from his presence, like the Kansas City Chiefs, who have now lost WRs Rashee Rice and Hollywood Brown to season-ending injuries.
Do the #Bills need to make a trade for Davante Adams or Amari Cooper?@KevinMassare and @kevin_siracuse discussed the financial impact it would have, as well as the schematics impact, last night on @GoingDeepBUF.

The Buffalo Bills are another team that's hurting at wide receiver. Their passing attack has been lackluster this season, and QB Josh Allen hasn't passed for more than 300 yards in any game. That doesn't mean they're actively trying to trade for another receiver, and there's been nothing that's connected them with Cooper regarding serious talks.
Never say never, and there's plenty of time before the trade deadline on November 5, but there's no reason to believe a trade is actively in the works.
Amari Cooper Fantasy Football Outlook
He's a low-end WR3 bordering on a WR4 this season, and it's because his QB is absolutely terrible. He would probably receive a big boost (as would the rest of the offense) if backup QB Jameis Winston was handed the starting job. The Browns gave their starting QB the worst contract in NFL history for a team, and now they're paying for it.
Deshaun Watson is bad. I don't know why people feel the need to tiptoe around it

Cooper has had one good game. The rest have been 10.0 or below PPR fantasy point efforts. He's hardly worth starting outside of deeper leagues. Should Winston be given the chance to take the helm, though, Cooper could easily be a WR2. If he traded, his value would rise proportionally with the quality of whatever QB would be throwing at him.
