The 2024 NFL season is ready to kick into high gear as the main slate of Week 1 is set to begin! With fantasy football season officially back, it's time to dive into start-or-sit decisions. Amari Cooper, Drake London, and Courtland Sutton are hot names ahead of Sunday's games.
Cooper set a career-high in receiving yards last year, but Deshaun Watson's struggles remain a concern. London is set to play with the best quarterback of his career, while Sutton should be the clear No. 1 WR in his offense.
Should you start Cooper, London, or Sutton in Week 1? Let's dive in.

Should I Start Amari Cooper for Fantasy Football?
Fresh off a 1,250-yard season in 2023, Cooper is set to face his former team, the Dallas Cowboys, to kick off 2024. Dallas allowed the 10th-fewest fantasy points per game to wide receiver last year, but DaRon Bland (foot) is out, Stephon Gilmore is gone, and Trevon Diggs will be playing in his first game since suffering a torn ACL early in last year's campaign.
While the Browns added Jerry Jeudy via trade this offseason, Cooper should continue to be heavily targetted as the obvious No. 1 option for Deshaun Watson. Start Cooper in all formats this week.

He is the WR22 in our half-PPR consensus staff rankings.
Should I Start Drake London for Fantasy Football?
London hasn't reached the 1,000-yard receiving threshold in a single season yet, but as long as Kirk Cousins comes back fine from a torn Achilles, he's primed to do so. While it's always tough to know what to expect out of a new QB-WR duo, London has always been a solid target earner, and he should immediately become Cousins' favorite target.
The Steelers were a middle-of-the-pack unit against fantasy wide receivers in 2023, so the matchup is not a concern. In London's first game with an above-average quarterback, he carries a low-end WR1 outlook. Start him with confidence in all leagues.
He is the WR11 in our half-PPR consensus staff rankings.
Should I Start Courtland Sutton for Fantasy Football?
While the Broncos offense struggled mightily last year, Courtland Sutton's 10 touchdown receptions kept him firmly on the fantasy football radar. Russell Wilson is out of town, and former Oregon quarterback Bo Nix will draw the start in Week 1 against the Seattle Seahawks.
With a wide receiver room consisting of Josh Reynolds, Marvin Mims Jr., and Troy Franklin behind Sutton, expect him to operate as the team's top wideout once again. Sutton has upside in his role, but it's tough to trust a rookie QB in their first start to deliver him the ball consistently and accurately. As a low-end WR3 or high-end WR4, Sutton can be started in 14+ team leagues, but he's a riskier flex option in 12-team setups.
