BALLER MOVE: Add in All Leagues
OWNED IN: 41% of leagues
ANALYSIS: A significant portion of fantasy owners appear to have given up on Adam Duvall. That's a mistake. Sure, Duvall is still hitting under .200, but the underlying numbers don't support that putrid mark. Not only is Duvall making more contact than usual, he's hitting the ball harder than ever when he does. The Reds slugger has also pushed his walk rate up over the 10% mark, which has kept his OBP within shouting distance of his career mark despite his poor luck on balls in play. Over the last two weeks, he's hitting .270/.357/.595 with four homers as his BABIP has regressed toward his career average.
Duvall will never hit for a high average, but he remains on pace for a third straight season with at least 30 home runs and 90 RBI. If he's available in your league, you should strongly consider changing that before a rival does.
