ANALYSIS: New York Jets quarterback Aaron Rodgers’ days as a fantasy football QB1 are over. However, the future Hall of Famer is still an excellent QB2 option for fantasy players in superflex leagues. He is the QB16 for the year, averaging 14.5 fantasy points per game.
The veteran quarterback is coming off a solid performance in Week 8 against the New England Patriots, totaling 233 passing yards, two touchdowns, and 17.3 fantasy points. Rodgers has had 17 or more fantasy points in two of his past three games. Furthermore, he has thrown two or more touchdowns in 62.5% of the games this season, including three of the past four contests.

Rodgers faces the Houston Texans on Thursday night. The Texans have surrendered 2.3 passing touchdowns and 16.7 fantasy points per game to quarterbacks over the past six weeks, giving up three or more touchdowns in half of those matchups.
