BALLER MOVE: Pick up in deep and AL-Only leagues
OWNED: 8% of Fleaflicker leagues
ANALYSIS: Hicks finally appears to be figuring things out at the major league level. The young outfielder strung together five straight multi-hit performances last week, hitting 2 HR while managing 7 RBI and seven runs of his own over that span. The streak was good enough to raise his season line at the time to a strong .299/.364/.437 with 5 HR and 18 RBI in only 187 PA. He has since hit a brief rough patch, going only 1 - 13 over three weekend games, but has continued hitting the ball hard from the second spot in the Twins lineup. He boasts a solid 16.5 K% and has a SLG north of .400 on the season while destroying left-handed pitching to the tune of a .455 OBP and .617 SLG. He's also as talented as they come, and his numbers should continue improving as he get more AB and begins to truly figure things out at the highest level in baseball. If he's available on your waiver wire, Hicks is more than worth a look.
