Victor Oladipo Devoted To "Patient And Persistent" Approach
3 years agoMiami Heat guard Victor Oladipo made his season debut on Monday after being sidelined about 10 months following surgery on his right quadriceps tendon last May. He has now appeared in two games this year and he has logged 15.5 minutes per game while averaging 7.5 points, 3.5 assists and 1.0 three-pointers per game. The Heat will continue keeping Oladipo on a minutes limit and Oladipo has stated that he is driven and dedicated to this "patient and persistent" approach. He said, "It's going to take time. So I'm patient. And I've just got to keep playing, keep getting better. And eventually it'll get comfy out there." Oladipo doesn't have a ton of upside for fantasy purposes the rest of this year, but he's worth roster consideration in the deepest of leagues as he could have some value over 20 minutes per game down the stretch.
