3 years agoThe New England Patriots are currently doing "excessive" work on various veteran free-agent receivers, according to a source of NFL Network's Mike Giardi. One of the names who Giardi specifically mentioned as a target for the team was Allen Robinson II. The former Penn State star had a disappointing year in 2021 as the Chicago Bears offense struggled as a whole. Robinson caught just 38 of his 66 targets for 410 yards and one touchdown. He's very much in need of a change of scenery and he could bolster an underwhelming receiving corps for quarterback Mac Jones and the Patriots.--Andrew Ericksen - RotoBaller
