Kristaps Porzingis Ruled Out For Tuesday's Contest
3 years agoWashington Wizards center Kristaps Porzingis (knee) has officially been ruled out for Tuesday night's game against the Detroit Pistons. Porzingis has been sidelined since late January due to a bone bruise in his right knee. He has yet to debut in a Wizards uniform. Daniel Gafford will likely continue holding down the starting center role for now with Thomas Bryant backing him up. Gafford has been making the most of his increased minutes since the All-Star break. Over his last two games, he's averaged 15.5 points and 6.5 rebounds per game while shooting 83.3% from the field.
