Chez Reavie Looks To Bounce Back At Pebble Beach
3 years agoChez Reavie comes off a 70th-place finish at the Farmers Insurance and a missed cut at the American Express, where he has now missed three consecutive cuts. In contrast, he has made four consecutive cuts at Pebble Beach and had a runner-up performance back in 2018. At the AT&T Pro-Am, Reavie has gained strokes on approach in his last seven appearances. His irons can translate to any course, and if he can get a week of hot putting, he's capable of shooting up leaderboards. Over his last 36 rounds, he is fourth in strokes gained on approach and first in good drives gained in this field. Reavie's short game is what has held him back of late, but he has gained over two strokes putting at this event in three of his last four years here. This event seems like a perfect opportunity for Reavie to get back on track and give himself a chance at a solid finish on Sunday.
