Kevin Kisner Primed For Another Good Week In Hawaii
3 years agoKevin Kisner comes into the Sony Open off his best finish of the season so far. Kisner finished T8 after shooting 24-under par at the Sentry Tournament of Champions. Now, Kisner returns to a place he has had success at, Waialae Country Club. Since 2015, Kisner has not missed a cut at the Sony Open, recording three top-five finishes, most recently in 2020. Now, with his success last week, and track record at Waialae, Kisner received a massive jump in price this week. With the higher price, Kisner does carry more risk than usual. However, Kisner is first on tour in driving accuracy, and ninth in greens in regulation. Even with the risk, Kisner is an option this week in Hawaii.

Kevin Kisner May Be Undervalued
3 years agoAfter his strong Open Championship, Kevin Kisner has not been able to continue the momentum. He missed the cut at The Rocket Mortgage where he lost strokes in almost all key metrics. He rebounded nicely last week recording a top 25 place finish. Kisner also gained 5.2 strokes on approach in Memphis. It was his highest number he has gain on approach all season. Kisner figures to be low-owned and makes for a great sleeper option.

Kevin Kisner Looking To Repeat
3 years agoKevin Kisner won last year's edition of The Wyndham Championship. He did so in dramatic fashion, winning on the second playoff hole. It has been an up and down year for Kisner who recorded five straight missed cuts earlier this year. He did appear to find some form at The Travelers and Open Championship. However, he let down many with a missed cut at The Rocket Mortgage. Although he has good course history at this event, his high projected ownership may not be worth it this week.

Kevin Kisner Looks To Build On Current Form
3 years agoKevin Kisner has played well in his last two starts. It has been much improved for the South Carolina native as he missed five straight cuts prior to the Travelers. Kisner finished in sixth place that week. He then went on to record a top 25 place finish at The Open. Kisner also has strong course history at this event. He has recorded two top ten place finishes in his last two starts. While the field is much less talented, Kisner is $2,200 more expensive on DraftKings. If you are buying Kisner this week it could be at his ceiling.

Kevin Kisner Hopes To Get Back On Track At Colonial
3 years agoIt was another tough week for Kevin Kiser at the PGA Championship. He missed the cut at Southern Hills, extending his missed-cut streak to three events in a row. He has been particularly bad with his irons, losing strokes on approach in five of his last seven events. A trip to Colonial Country Club may be just the thing Kisner needs right now. He won this event back in 2017 and has made the cut four of the last five years. His recent struggles will keep his ownership low in DFS, and there are players in his price range that make more sense on paper. However, his course history does make him a potential sleeper play.
