3 years agoSeattle Seahawks running back Rashaad Penny burst back onto the scene a couple of weeks ago, but he has a tough matchup in Week 16 against the Chicago Bears. Penny put up over 26 PPR points two weeks ago, but he had just 6.4 last week while being out-snapped by second-year running back DeeJay Dallas. This week, he has a matchup with the Bears, who are fourth against power runs and 15th in runs stuffed at the line of scrimmage. Even in his dominant performance two weeks ago, Penny didn't play more than 60 percent of the snaps. Penny could struggle this week in a tough matchup and should be considered a low-end RB2 in a Seattle offense that has been really inconsistent in the second half of the season.--Gage Bridgford - RotoBaller
