The 2021 NBA season is underway and that means our new friends over at PrizePicks have a TON of great props we can look to take advantage of. PrizePicks is a great DFS props site where you can choose to select plays in terms of fantasy points or single stats. The goal is to build a 2-player, 3-player, 4-player, or 5-player entry and then select whether or not you want to play for the power play or the flex play. On the power play, you will need to be correct on each of your selections to win, and on the flex play, you will have a little more wiggle room for a chance to win some money back.
Our partners at PrizePicks offer some of the best and easiest to win NBA DFS games in the industry. There are no large-field tournaments filled with sharks where you have to get lucky just to place. At PrizePicks, you're not playing against other people, you're just playing against the projections, and the guys at PrizePicks have worked hard to give you really attractive opportunities to make some money. With promo code 'BALLER' you can get a 100% match on your deposit up to $100.
PrizePicks has two types of games. The first type of game is known as Fantasy Score, which consists of selecting various players and trying to determine if they will go over or under their projected fantasy points in a game. The second game is known as Single Stat. For NBA, Single Stat consists of points, rebounds, assists, three-pointers made, and free throws made, in which you determine if the player in question will go over or under their projected total. You can mix and match players from each type of game in your entry or select all of your plays from the same type of game. Once you have selected your players and props, you can choose the aforementioned flex play or power play option. Today, we will look at some single-stat scores for tonight, December 21st.

Jonas Valanciunas OVER 2.5 Assists - I'll start today's props with JoVal's prop. Valanciunas has been killing it down in New Orleans this season, and tonight should be no different against the Blazers who rank 18th in center efficiency. While this number is +134 on the sportsbook as I'm typing this, there's solid value here as he's cashed in on this number in four of his last five and seven of his last ten. Portland is allowing +0.2 assists above the league average to centers on the season, and my early projections have JoVal at 2.7 assists tonight.
Jonas Valanciunas OVER 10.5 Rebounds - Going back to back on Valanciunas here, as this number is just way too low. Portland ranks 11th in rebound rate at 50.2%, but JoVal has been grabbing boards like a menace this season. He's also hit this number in four of his last five and seven of his last ten. Unlike his assists prop, Vegas threw a little juice on this one, coming in at -132. The Blazers are solid at preventing centers from grabbing rebounds, allowing -1.4 rebounds below the league average, but my early projections have Valanciunas at a whopping 13.4 rebounds tonight.
Jae Crowder OVER 4.5 Rebounds - Back to the Suns on this one, Crowder has hit this number in three of his last five and seven of his last ten, as well as at a 59% clip on the season. Crowder has been lining up at the four for Phoenix this season, and the Lakers struggle there coming into this one 24th in power forward efficiency. They come into this one at a 49.7% rebound rate, which ranks 19th in the league. They allow +0.9 rebounds over the average to power forwards this season, and my early projections have Crowder slated for 6.4 rebounds.
Other Recommendations - Isaiah Stewart OVER 8.5 Rebounds, Julius Randle OVER 5.5 Assists, Cade Cunningham OVER 18.5 Points, Domantas Sabonis OVER 4.5 Assists
Overall recommendation for this play: FLEX
