Derrick Lewis Impresses With First-Round Knockout
3 years agoLess than one round of action is all it took for Derrick Lewis to rebound from his interim title loss by scoring a first-round knockout over Chris Daukaus in Saturday's main event. In 3:36 of action, Lewis collected 14 significant strikes, including a big right hand that dropped Daukaus and led to the eventual stoppage of the contest. With the big win, Lewis finds himself that much closer to another title shot, although he seems to come up just short when he's squaring off for the title. Keep all that in mind until we find out who he matches up with next.
