3 years agoArizona Cardinals running back James Conner entered the Week 14 matchup with the Los Angeles Rams tied for the second-most rushing touchdowns in the NFL. While he only managed 31 yards on 13 carries, Conner found his way into the end zone two more times to bring his season total to 14 rushing touchdowns. With fellow running back Chase Edmonds not activated from IR, Conner was used more as a pass catcher out of the backfield, leading Arizona with nine receptions and his 94 receiving yards were good for second on the team. Even with the likely return of Edmonds, the matchup in Week 15 with the Detroit Lions will be enough to keep Conner in the RB2 conversation.--Aaron Knight
