Nahshon Wright Tests Positive For COVID-19
3 years agoDallas Cowboys rookie cornerback Nahshon Wright has tested positive for COVID-19, according to head coach Mike McCarthy. As a result, Wright will not play on Thursday night against the New Orleans Saints in Week 13. The Cowboys now have eight players and coaches sidelined by the virus heading into this Thursday's game against the Saints. Wright and right tackle Terence Steele are the two players out. Wright has played sparingly on defense this year and has worked almost exclusively on special teams. The 23-year-old has just two solo tackles and has returned one punt in 10 games so far in his rookie season.
