Elias Pettersson Tallies Power-Play Goal Monday
3 years agoVancouver Canucks center Elias Pettersson did not log a ton of ice time on Monday. In his just over 13 minutes, he did make quite the impact, however. He scored a power-play goal early in the first period. It had been four games since Pettersson even notched an assist. The goal was just his fourth in 23 games and all of them have been via special teams (three on the power-play, one short-handed). Overall, Pettersson is up to 11 points on the season. He did draw two penalties on Monday and looked far more engaged on the bench. Maybe a fantasy upturn is now on its way.
