3 years agoDetroit Lions rookie running back Jermar Jefferson (ankle, knee) was listed as a limited participant on Monday's estimated practice report. Jefferson sat out of the Week 11 loss to the Cleveland Browns, but he could be on the right track to return for a Thursday morning game against the Chicago Bears on Thursday. The rookie scored his second career touchdown in Week 10 before getting injured, but with Jamaal Williams returning last Sunday after a two-week absence, Jefferson will be buried on the depth chart if he's able to gain clearance to play this week. The 21-year-old has played only 14 total offensive snaps in three games in 2021, carrying the ball just five times for 47 yards and two touchdowns while catching all four of his targets for 23 yards.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
