3 years agoThe Seattle Seahawks defense had been building some momentum over the last several weeks, but that momentum ended in Week 11 against the Arizona Cardinals. The team gave up 23 points on the day while failing to generate a turnover for just the second time all season. Seattle got a pair of sacks on quarterback Colt McCoy, but they just didn't do much to make them a fantasy relevant unit despite a litany of injuries to the Arizona offense. This group may not be one of the worst units in the league, but they are far from one of the best right now and can continue to be avoided in fantasy.--Gage Bridgford - RotoBaller
