Week 11 is here, and although it's an exciting time of year, especially with Thanksgiving right around the corner, it's also bittersweet, considering the season has seemingly moved along so swiftly. With COVID-19 still prevalent and injuries appearing to pile up more than ever, fantasy managers will have a fantastic opportunity to capitalize on Sunday, as sadistic as that sounds.
In this article, I will be providing you with my Week 11 daily fantasy football lineup picks for FanDuel’s “Main Slate.” These lineups can vary from higher-priced players and elite options to lower-priced players and value picks on FanDuel.

FanDuel Quarterbacks - Week 11 DFS Lineup Picks
Josh Allen, QB - vs. IND ($8,800)
A majority of the most effective DFS lineups this season have included the top options at the quarterback position, so it's not a surprise that Allen remains a frequent mention in industry DFS columns from week to week. He has had a few rough showings here and there. Yet, it's nearly always recommended that managers give him some strong consideration whenever possible.
Allen isn't as accurate as he was last season, but he's still as dangerous. He is elusive as hell, so getting to him is never an easy thing for opposing defenses. Additionally, his floor is never too low, and his ceiling is usually higher than nearly everyone else's. As far as his outlook on Sunday, the Colts defense has also allowed the sixth-most fantasy points to those playing the quarterback position, and before holding Trevor Lawrence at bay in Week 10, it had had some horrendous showings.
Lamar Jackson, QB - @ CHI (8,400)
UPDATE: Lamar Jackson has been ruled out.
Jackson is a Most Valuable Player award candidate, and he has some quality numbers to back it up. Unquestionably, losing guys like J.K. Dobbins and Gus Edwards is never an easy thing, but he's managed to make up for it by continuing to get it done on the ground, with it being very likely he surpasses the 1,000-yard mark well before the end of the year.
Yes, the former MVP has nearly already exceeded his interceptions total from last season. Still, he's also throwing it a lot more than he has in the past, doing so while remaining above his career completion percentage of 64.1 percent. Nonetheless, while Jackson has struggled occasionally, the Bears defense has given up a bunch of fantasy points over the last month, and it doesn't appear to be turning things around anytime soon. Keep in mind, Jackson is dealing with a non-COVID illness, so there's a chance he may not play.
Also Consider: Dak Prescott ($8,400-cash only), Patrick Mahomes ($8,300), Joe Burrow ($7,200-GPP only)
FanDuel Running Backs - Week 11 DFS Lineup Picks
Jonathan Taylor, RB - @ BUF ($8,800)
Taylor may be the best running back in the game at the moment. Derrick Henry could be out for the rest of the year, Christian McCaffrey has battled injuries, and Dalvin Cook has regressed from a statistical standpoint.
In spite of that, Taylor wasn't as effective during the first half of the 2021-22 season. Between Weeks 1 and 5, the sophomore had only two rushing touchdowns to his credit while averaging 4.5 YPC. Yet, from Week 6 on, he has really turned things around, finding the end zone on the run seven times to go along with an impressive 6.9 YPC, with both marks being the best in the league. With an impressive Bills defense on tap for Week 11, many may look the other way. However, Taylor is untouchable at the moment, and while things may be more difficult, he shouldn't be dismissed by any means.
Joe Mixon, RB - @ LV ($7,600)
Mixon got tons of touches to begin the year. However, after he sprained his ankle in Week 4 against Jacksonville, he hasn't been getting as many Carries. Still, he continues to produce, and despite the Bengals having so many capable receivers, the former Oklahoma Sooner remains an equally essential part of the passing game.
Nonetheless, while that is good and all, what has stood out are Mixon's eight trips to the end zone on the year, with the five-year veteran scoring at least once in seven of his nine appearances. Las Vegas has done a relatively good job at keeping opposing rushers in check at times during the season. Yet, overall, the team has still allowed a ton of fantasy points to opposing running backs, and the struggles have come against those who aren't as talented as Mixon, so, realistically, he has a good chance at getting the job done in Week 11.
A.J. Dillon, RB - @ MIN ($7,000)
Unfortunately, Aaron Jones sustained an MCL sprain during Sunday's win over the Seahawks at snowy Lambeau Field. However, fortunately, he isn't expected to miss more than a game or two, so the Packers undoubtedly dodged a bullet, mainly since the injury could have been much worse.
Green Bay has one of the best backups in the league in Dillon, who will now be tasked with filling some big cleats as the lead option out of the backfield. Even so, it shouldn't be an issue for the 23-year-old, who finished with 21 carries for 68 yards and two touchdowns in Week 10. It's probable he will get more than enough attention versus the Vikings, and he should have plenty of chances to smash his value as a result.
Also Consider: Nick Chubb ($9,000-questionable), Dalvin Cook ($8,400), Myles Gaskin ($6,200)
FanDuel Wide Receivers - Week 11 DFS Lineup Picks
Ja'Marr Chase, WR - @ LV ($7,700)
Fantasy managers shouldn't give up on Chase just because he's had a few rough games, right? Of course not because not only is he one of the best rookies in the league, he's quickly established himself as one of the top players, period.
Before Cincy's bye, Chase had scored seven touchdowns, accumulating at least one in six of his nine appearances, and had it not been for some dropped passes, he would have had more. Still, the 2021 fifth overall pick is currently averaging 19 yards per catch and is also tied with Cooper Kupp for a league-leading eight catches for over 30 or more yards. It's not a secret Vegas is a mess right now, so the Bengals have a good shot to get back on track in Week 11. To do that, they will need Chase to be a featured component on the offensive end, arguably more so than he's been all season.
Deebo Samuel, WR - @ JAC ($7,600)
Samuel has had a breakout year, and despite instability at the quarterback position, he remains as productive as can be. He posted a dud against the Arizona Cardinals in Week 9. Yet, Samuel more than made up for it against the Rams during Monday Night Football by catching all five of his targets for a touchdown while scoring another one on the run.
At this rate, the 25-year-old doesn't appear to be slowing down and has established himself as one of the most consistent fantasy options around. We also know how bad Jacksonville is, so that's more than enough reason for DFS managers to continue to ride the hot hand. Unfortunately, he has been limited during practice, but if he can go against the Jags, get him in your lineup.
Hunter Renfrow, WR - vs. CIN ($6,100)
We all know how chaotic things have been for the Raiders, so there isn't really any need to elaborate. However, what we didn't realize is just how much Renfrow would step up.
He has been one of the most targeted wideouts in the league over the last two weeks and has caught 14 of his 18 looks from Derek Carr. He also has a touchdown in each game during that span. Nonetheless, with the team lacking reliable options on the receiving end outside of Darren Waller, it's more than likely Renfrow will remain featured offensively moving forward, including in Week 11 versus the Cincinnati Bengals.
Also Consider: Tyreek Hill ($8,500), Davante Adams ($8,400-questionable), Stefon Diggs ($8,100), A.J. Brown ($7,200)
FanDuel Tight Ends - Week 11 DFS Lineup Picks
Travis Kelce, TE - vs. DAL ($7,300)
For the first time all year, the Chiefs finally looked like the Chiefs and absolutely crushed the Raiders during Sunday Night Football. Patrick Mahomes got his act together, as evident by his five touchdown tosses and passing for over 400 yards.
Naturally, with Mahomes having his best game of the season, others ended up joining in on the fun. Tyreek Hill caught seven balls for 83 yards and two touchdowns, while Kelce, who hasn't really played up to his potential, had eight catches for 119 yards. It appears as if the veteran is beginning to pick up the pace, and with momentum on its side, Kansas City should have no issues keeping things moving against a Cowboys D that has been hit or miss this year.
George Kittle, TE, @ JAC ($6,800)
For those not convinced that Travis Kelce is ready to perform efficiently from week to week moving ahead, Kittle has a lower rostering cost while having plenty of momentum on his side. Ailments throughout the years have banged up Kittle. However, he's been on a roll since returning from his most recent issue, a shin injury.
While it was believed that the veteran would be eased back into things upon his recovery, he wasn't, at least from a statistical aspect, and instead, he caught six passes for 101 yards and a touchdown in Week 9 versus the Cardinals. Kittle did regress to some degree during the win over the Rams during Monday Night Football, but he still managed to find the end zone, bringing his fantasy points total to 30.6 over the last two games. With Week 11 on the itinerary, the multi-time Pro Bowler can keep things moving in the right direction against Jacksonville, a team that hasn't done much of anything right all year.
Also Consider: Mark Andrews ($7,000-if Marquise Brown is out), Darren Waller ($6,700), Zach Ertz ($5,000)
