New Orleans Saints wide receiver Deonte Harris has some sleeper appeal against the Titans in Week 10. Harris has exceeded 50 yards in three of his last four games while accumulating a total of 24 targets in those four contests. The speedy receiver gets his best matchup of the year against the Titans' secondary. They've allowed the most fantasy points per game to receivers while also permitting the most receptions. Harris can be started as a flex option in PPR formats, as he could rack up some receptions against the Titans' defense.--Tim Capurso

Baltimore Ravens wide receiver Deonte Harty (knee) is officially questionable for Sunday's road meeting with the Buffalo Bills. The seventh-year pro was designated to return from IR last week. However, he was inactive for Baltimore's 28-14 win over the Pittsburgh Steelers -- garnering a questionable tag after two DNPs and a full practice session. Harty participated fully in all three team practices this week, so he may get his first in-game action since Week 6 in the Divisional Round. Even if the 27-year-old suits up, he'd likely operate as a kick returner for the Ravens. Though, with fellow wideout Zay Flowers (knee) stringing together three consecutive DNPs and deemed doubtful -- he may get some reps out wide if he plays. Harty did not command a target across his six total snaps through the season's first four weeks.--Alex Ciulla

The Baltimore Ravens are opening the practice window of wide receiver/return specialist Deonte Harty (knee), officially designating him to return from Injured Reserve. The Maryland native was placed on Injured Reserve in October due to a knee injury and has not played since Week 6 against the Washington Commanders. Harty did not catch a pass for Baltimore during the regular season, but he returned eight punts for 85 yards and four kickoffs for 98 yards. Harty was named first-team All-Pro in 2019 as a return specialist, and he could make an impact in that aspect of the game if he can return for postseason action. It remains to be seen if he will suit up against the Pittsburgh Steelers in the AFC Wild Card Round.--Jackson Sparks - RotoBaller

Baltimore Ravens wide receiver and return specialist Deonte Harty (calf) was listed as a limited participant on the team's first injury report of the week. It's unknown when he picked up the injury, though it presumably occurred in the Ravens' 26-23 loss to the Las Vegas Raiders last Sunday. It's a good sign for Harty to at least get in some practice to begin the week ahead of a Week 3 road matchup against the Dallas Cowboys. The 26-year-old and the rest of Baltimore's squad will look to get into the win column for the first time this season in a tilt that presents with a 48-point implied total between the two high-powered offenses. Despite the lofty score total, Harty can be left alone even with his likely contributions in the return game. He's recorded just 18 yards over two punt returns thus far in 2024.--Alex Ciulla

Former All-Pro return man and wide receiver Deonte Harty signed an undisclosed one-year deal with the Baltimore Ravens on Wednesday. In his lone season with the Buffalo Bills last year, Harty had 15 receptions for 150 yards and one touchdown in 16 regular-season games (one start) on offense. The 26-year-old former undrafted free agent out of Assumption will likely make his biggest impact in Baltimore as a kick returner to help replace Devin Duvernay while also providing receiver depth behind Zay Flowers, Rashod Bateman and Nelson Agholor. Harty is unlikely to be much of a fantasy asset. In his four seasons with the New Orleans Saints to begin his career, Harty had 64 catches (92 targets) for 793 yards and four touchdowns in 40 games (four starts).--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
