Adam Thielen Scores Late, Finishes With Season-Low Six Yards
3 years agoMinnesota Vikings wide receiver Adam Thielen salvaged what was an otherwise disastrous game with a fourth-quarter one-yard touchdown catch. Before that play, Thielen was stuck on one reception for five yards on the day. He tied for the team lead with seven targets but finished with by far his worst game of the season even with the late score. While the yardage total is certainly concerning, Thielen continues to see a steady amount of targets, especially in the end zone. That type of usage is hard to find, so fantasy managers should continue rolling with Thielen as an every-week WR2. Thielen and the Vikings will face the Los Angeles Chargers in Week 9.
