Atlanta Hawks forward De'Andre Hunter was enduring a slow start to the season, but it all turned around in a 117-108 loss to the Brooklyn Nets. On Wednesday, Hunter played 33 minutes and recorded 26 points on 10-for-11 shooting with two rebounds, a steal, a block, and six threes. The 26 points doubled his season-high, but it was a relatively empty box score after that. The 10-for-11 shooting and 6-for-6 from three performances were pleasant outlier boosts to the ratio categories, but fantasy managers are still missing the help they need in Hunter's rebounding and assist numbers. Hopefully, this new season-high in points will re-engage him in the Atlanta offense and be the first drop in a statistical waterfall. Hunter and the Hawks will try to immediately rebound (in more ways than one) against the Utah Jazz on Thursday.--Euan Leith

Cleveland Cavaliers forward De'Andre Hunter (thumb) is considered questionable for Tuesday's meeting with the Indiana Pacers in Game 2 of the Eastern Conference semifinals. Following Sunday's Game 1, he has been left nursing a right thumb sprain. Hunter is a right-handed shooter, meaning he may have difficulty performing at a high level even if he suits up for the game. In the series opener, Hunter shot a solid 4-for-8 from the field to contribute 11 points in 30 minutes off the bench. He also recorded four rebounds and one assist. Isaac Okoro and Dean Wade can expect to be more involved on Tuesday night if Hunter can't play, while his absence might also help Javonte Green regain a spot in the rotation.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller

Cleveland Cavaliers forward De'Andre Hunter (rest) will sit out Friday against the New York Knicks. Hunter will be out of action to rest after an impressive outing against the Indiana Pacers on Thursday. Despite the Cavs' 114-112 loss, Hunter posted 23 points, 11 rebounds, two assists, two steals, and one block across 32 minutes. Isaac Okoro, Javonte Green and Dean Wade are all in line for extra minutes with Hunter on the shelf against the Knicks.--Andrew Lennox - RotoBaller

Cleveland Cavaliers forward De'Andre Hunter will start on Sunday versus Orlando. The 27-year-old is in the running to win the Sixth Man of the Year award. Yet, with Evan Mobley (foot) sidelined, Hunter will roll with the first five against the Magic, with the 2019 No. 4 overall pick averaging 18.3 points, 5.1 rebounds, and 50.0% shooting from deep in seven starts during the 2024-25 campaign, giving him added value for fantasy managers.--Dennis Clausen - RotoBaller

Cleveland Cavaliers forward De'Andre Hunter (illness) will rejoin the lineup for Friday's tilt against the Memphis Grizzlies. The talented scorer has recently battled an illness but is ready to return to action after sitting out one game. Hunter has averaged 14.3 points and 4.3 rebounds in 24.9 minutes with the Cavaliers since coming over from Atlanta. He may be used more offensively against the Grizzlies, as Donovan Mitchell (groin) will not be available for the contest.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
