Joel Embiid Goes For 18-9-7 Line In Win Over Bulls
3 years agoPhiladelphia 76ers center Joel Embiid put in a well-rounded effort during a 103-98 victory over the Chicago Bulls on Wednesday. The 27-year-old scored 18 points while collecting nine boards, seven assists, one block, and a steal over a season-high 34 minutes. The four-time All-Star was inefficient with his efforts, going just 6-for-18 from the field, 1-for-5 from three-point range, and 5-for-9 from the free-throw line. With forward Tobias Harris in health and safety protocols, opposing defenses have been able to key in on Embiid, forcing him to shoot under 43% from the field to start the young season. The Kansas product is a solid buy-low option as he hasn't returned close to draft day value through the first few weeks of the 2021/2022 campaign.
