3 years agoJan Blachowicz's most impressive run of his career came to a disappointing end on Saturday at UFC 267 when he lost his championship to Glover Teixeira via second-round submission. In 8:02 of action, Blachowicz landed 28 significant strikes (53 total strikes) and stuffed four of Glover's six takedown tries on the night. It was just not the Polish light-heavyweight's night, as he took the loss on the mat to the 42-year-old Brazilian. Should he get a rematch down the road, it is possible that we see the same Blachowicz as the one who defeated the middleweight champion.--Matt Bricker
