Will Fuller Unlikely To Return In Week 8
3 years agoMiami Dolphins head coach Brian Flores said that wide receiver Will Fuller (finger) isn't expected to return from his injury in Week 8 against the Buffalo Bills. "Will is doing everything he can to get back. I don't think it's this week. But I think he's getting closer," Flores said. Fuller was suspended to begin the year, so he's played in just two games and has four catches on eight targets for 26 yards for Miami. DeVante Parker (hamstring, shoulder) has also missed the last three games. Rookie Jaylen Waddle continues to see an increase in targets and played a team-high 83.6% of the receiver snaps in the Week 7 loss to the Atlanta Falcons. Mack Hollins and Preston Williams will continue to serve in three-receiver sets with Fuller out and if Parker misses yet another game this upcoming Sunday. Fuller should remain on the waiver wire and will be an unreliable boom/bust WR4/flex when he returns.
