Sterling Shepard Catches 10 Passes In Return
3 years agoNew York Giants wide receiver Sterling Shepard (hamstring) caught 10-of-14 targets for 76 yards during Sunday's 38-11 loss to the Los Angeles Rams. He returned to action in Week 6 after missing the previous two games with a hamstring injury. The 28-year-old led the Giants in targets, receptions, and receiving yards in Sunday's loss. He has become the Giants' top offensive weapon, with Kenny Golladay (knee), Kadarius Toney (ankle), and Darius Slayton (hamstring) all dealing with injuries. The Oklahoma product has caught at least seven passes in three of four games this season. Shepard is a strong play in PPR formats and is a WR3 against the Carolina Panthers in Week 6.
