Alex Ovechkin Listed As Questionable For Season Opener
4 years agoWashington Capitals forward Alex Ovechkin has been listed as questionable ahead of his team's first game of the campaign on Wednesday. The 36-year-old, who is considered day-to-day, suffered a lower-body injury in a preseason contest versus the Philadelphia Flyers last week. The Russian sniper posted 42 points (24 goals, 18 assists), 17 power-play assists, 182 shots and 98 hits in 45 games in 2020-2021.
