Rudy Gay To Remain Out For Monday's Game
3 years agoUtah Jazz forward Rudy Gay (heel) will be out once again for Monday's preseason game against the New Orleans Pelicans. Gay is in the midst of recovering from offseason heel surgery. He has yet to play in a preseason game, but he is expected to be ready to return early on in the regular season. As of now, Gay is the only Jazz player listed on the injury report for Monday. That means we could see most of Utah's regulars against the Pelicans. Rudy Gobert, Bojan Bogdanovic and Joe Ingles have yet to play in the preseason while Donovan Mitchell and Mike Conley both sat out the team's most recent game. All five of these players could be on the court on Monday, but stay tuned for the official word as tip-off nears.
