Adam Schenk Profiles Well For TPC Summerlin
3 years agoDespite riding some inconsistent recent form, Adam Schenk does make sense on paper this week. Over his last 36 rounds, the Purdue University product rates better than field average in birdies or better gained, opportunities gained, good drives gained, and proximity from 100-125 yards. All of Schenk's best performances have come on courses with an extremely low resistance to scoring, and bent-grass has also been his preferred surface. With that being said, the Indiana native is coming off a disappointing missed cut at the Sanderson Farms where his ball-striking declined. Schenk carries some risk, but he is an adequate option at such a cheap price tag.
