Austin Ekeler Has Another Big Game In Week 4
3 years agoLos Angeles Chargers running back Austin Ekeler put together another big performance in a Week 4 victory against the Las Vegas Raiders. The workhorse was briefly on the sideline with a potential foot injury early in the contest, but would end up not missing much time and finishing with 117 yards with one touchdown on 15 rushes. He also caught three balls for 28 yards and one touchdown. Ekeler's big game gave the Chargers their first game with 100 or more yards on the ground for the first time in 20 games. Backup rookie running back Larry Rountree III saw 11 carries on the evening and that is who Ekeler managers should look to target as an insurance policy over veteran Justin Jackson. Next up for Ekeler will be a date versus the Cleveland Browns in Week 5 and he remains a RB1 in all formats on a weekly basis.
