Webb pitch 7 innings, allowing four runs on six hits and no walks with eight strikeouts. He also went 2-for-3 with a single, a two-run home run, a walk, and a strikeout at the plate. The 24-year-old was a major fantasy asset this season, going 11-3 with a 3.03 ERA and a 9.59 K/9 rate over 148 1/3 IP. He will be an important arm for the Giants in the playoffs and will likely be a name to watch in fantasy next season.
