Kenny Golladay Will Play, Expected To Have Reduced Snaps
3 years agoNew York Giants wide receiver Kenny Golladay (hip) will play- but is likely to see reduced snaps on Sunday against the Falcons. Golladay dealt with a nagging hamstring injury through the first two weeks, with a new hip injury clouding his status for Week 3. The news of a reduced workload reportedly comes from New York's own wide receivers coach, which doesn't bode well for Golladay's fantasy production against Atlanta. Fantasy managers who start the former Lion are likely hoping for a touchdown or big play- meaning he's more of a boom or bust flex option Sunday. That could mean more opportunities for Sterling Shepard, who has operated as the target hog in the Giants offense this year.
