Rashaad Penny Hopeful To Return In Week 4
3 years agoSeattle Seahawks head coach Pete Carroll hopes running back Rashaad Penny (calf) can return for Week 4's matchup against the San Francisco 49ers. He was ruled out for Sunday's game against the Minnesota Vikings and will miss his second straight contest due to a calf injury. Penny has played 28 games over four seasons in his career; the Seahawks could continue to rest the former first-rounder until he is fully recovered from his calf injury. Fantasy managers can stash Penny in deep-leagues but expect Chris Carson to lead the Seahawks backfield while Alex Collins, Travis Homer, and DeeJay Dallas back him up on the RB depth chart.
