Adam Engel Goes 1-For-4 In His Return
3 years agoChicago White Sox outfielder Adam Engel (shoulder) was activated from the injured list prior to Tuesday's game against the Detroit Tigers. He started in right field and batted eighth in the game, going 1-for-4 with a double and a run scored. Engel was sidelined for about a month due to left shoulder inflammation. He also missed about two months earlier this year with a hamstring injury. He's played in a total of 34 games for the White Sox this year and he's tallied seven home runs, seven stolen bases, 18 RBI and 20 runs while slashing .248/.336/.505.
