Tyrod Taylor, Nico Collins Placed On Injured Reserve
3 years agoHouston Texans quarterback Tyrod Taylor (hamstring) and rookie wide receiver Nico Collins (shoulder) were both placed on Injured Reserve on Tuesday. Taylor, who suffered a hamstring injury during Sunday's loss to Cleveland, could potentially miss four weeks of action. Collins' rookie campaign will be put on hold for about a month due to the shoulder injury. Rookie signal-caller Davis Mills will get the start against an underrated Panthers defense Thursday night, though the Stanford product doesn't offer much in the way of fantasy upside. As for the receivers, Chris Conley could see added time on the outside, but the primary benefit in terms of fantasy value goes to Brandin Cooks, who should continue to dominate the target share in this offense.
