Ty'Son Williams Leads Ravens RBs With 13 Carries
3 years agoBaltimore Ravens running back Ty'Son Williams rushed for 77 yards on 13 attempts and caught both targets for 16 yards in Sunday's 36-35 win over the Kansas City Chiefs. He led the Ravens backfield with 13 rushing attempts, but Ravens RB Latavius Murray punched it in from the 5-yard line to tie the game 14-14. The Ravens' offense revolves around Lamar Jackson, who led the Ravens in rushing on Sunday with 107 yards. Williams is in a committee with Murray, Devonta Freeman, and Le'Veon Bell but has been the most effective back over the season's first two games. The 25-year-old is averaging 6.5 yards per carry with 142 yards and touchdown over two games in 2021. Williams is a borderline RB2 in a favorable matchup against the Detroit Lions in Week 3.
