Mark Ingram II Leads Backfield In Touches Again
3 years agoHouston Texans running back Mark Ingram II carried the ball 14 times for 41 rushing yards, adding a catch for negative yardage in Sunday's defeat to the Browns. Ingram placed second among the three backs in snap percentage, and while he led the backfield in touches by a fair margin, he was unimpressive on the ground, plodding to a 2.9 yards per carry average. The veteran halfback should be in the flex conversation given the kind of volume he's seeing- though his inability to find running room so far this season makes him a very touchdown-dependent option for fantasy purposes.
