Willie Calhoun To Continue Rehab At Triple-A
3 years agoTexas Rangers outfielder Willie Calhoun (forearm) had his rehab assignment moved to Triple-A on Monday. Calhoun had previously been on a rehab assignment at the Arizona Complex League, where he went 6-for-17 with a home run over five games. The 26-year-old has been sidelined since late June due to a fractured forearm. He played in 59 games with the Rangers this year prior to the injury and slashed .254/.323/.385 with five home runs, 19 RBI and 23 runs. Assuming he has no setbacks, there's a good chance he's back with the Rangers later this week or over the coming weekend.
