Kadarius Toney Held To Two Catches In NFL Debut
3 years agoNew York Giants wide receiver Kadarius Toney (hamstring) caught two passes for negative two yards during Sunday's 27-13 Week 1 loss to the Denver Broncos. The Giants 2021 first-round pick missed most of training camp due to COVID-19 and a hamstring injury. Toney was projected to have a "significant role" in the regular-season opener against the Denver Broncos, per head coach Joe Judge. The 22-year-old logged two snaps in the final drive of the game. Fantasy managers can't expect Toney to have much of an impact with a limited amount of snaps. Despite the limited playing time, Toney has a ton of upside and is worth stashing in deep-league formats. The Giants rookie wideout will look to make a more significant impact in Week 2's matchup against the Washington Football Team.
