Gerald Everett Scores In Seattle Debut
3 years agoSeattle Seahawks tight end Gerald Everett got off to a great start for his new team. Everett caught both of his targets for 20 yards and a score in the Week 1 win over the Indianapolis Colts. While he didn't have the big yardage totals of other tight ends around the league, finding the end zone along with a couple of catches is all a tight end needs to do to have fantasy value. On this Seattle team, quarterback Russell Wilson frequently looks for his tight ends down in the red zone. Everett and Will Dissly will be the primary players at that position, and it will be important for Everett to find a way to separate himself. If he's able to do so, he'll have weekly value at the tight end position.
