Daniel Jones And Giants Offense Could Start Off Slow
3 years agoNew York Giants quarterback Daniel Jones draws a decent matchup at home against the Denver Broncos in Week 1. Denver allows 234.9 yards per game through the air and 15th in DVOA against the pass. The 24-year-old will look to make that third-year leap this season after a disappointing campaign in 2020. He threw for 924 yards and an 11:10 TD: INT ratio across 14 games. It will be make-or-break this year for Jones as the Giants added receiving weapons Kenny Golladay and Kadarius Toney this offseason. New York's offense could get off to a slow start as Golladay (hamstring), and Toney (hamstring) missed valuable time to build a rapport with the Giants QB during training camp, making Jones a Two-QB/Superflex option only in Week 1.
